Piping Engineer / Supervisor

Mechanical Engineering professionals who pursued B.E / B.Tech / Diploma with relevant work experience in Marine / Shipbuilding industry is required.

Daily monitoring of Piping fabrication / Erection / Outfitting activities.

Study the production drawing and class approved drawings and explain the same to sub contractors and ensure the job is completed with desired quality.

Planning and Forecasting piping related activities.

Raising demands for material, hot work requisitions and safety clearance.

Day-to-day supervision and assignment of piping related work.

Coordinate with customers, other departmental team members, subcontractors on technical issues and design solutions to ensure that the scopes of service / supply and the delivery schedule meet proposed.

Ensure EHS policies on working area.

Well versed in Shipbuilding standards.

Managing yard subcontractors and workers.

Managing the Stores / Subs-Stores activities.
