The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources and administrative responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Develop training plan strategies with line managers which consider immediate, mid and long-term requirement in term with numbers and skill levels.
Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assist line managers/supervisors to understand, and implement policies and procedures.
Manage all Human Resource program inclusive of payroll in a timely and efficient manner.
Establish and maintain good relationships between the company and employees, inclusive of labor union
Be responsible for the administrative function related on a day-to-day basis for security and service employees.
Contact with vendors/suppliers to provide services to employees such as food service, transportation, uniforms, cleaning service and others office services.
Manage a team of two staffs
Qualifications
Education: Degree or higher in HR or related.
Experience: 10 years at least experience in human resources management as well as administrative function management in a International Corporation
Other requirements:
Experience of dealing with government offices such as SSC, Labor office and labor court etc.
Computer literacy especially in MS Excel..
Excellent in interpersonal and presentation skill
Good attitude, flexible in working hours
Good command in English communication and local language skill
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
