ORICLEAN PRIVATE LIMITED is a manufacturing company headquartered in Bandalo, Kotsahi, Tangi, Cuttack, Orissa, India. We are in the contract manufacturing space for the last 34 years having close to 500 people in the establishment.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at ORICLEAN PRIVATE LIMITED located in Tangi-Chowdwar. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also collaborate with other departments to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar role

In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices

Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and management

Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment

Experience in employee relations and performance management

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
