Production Control Manager

Location:

525/3 and extents, Uthukadu main road, Uthukadu Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram, 631605 Tamilnadu state, India.

R&R:

-Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive production plans to ensure efficient operations.

-Collaborate closely with business units to align production plans with shipment targets and customer demands.

-Conduct capacity planning assessments and identify potential bottlenecks or constraints.

-Strategically plan and forecast manpower requirements based on production schedules.

-Coordinate and manage the scheduling and shipment of outsourced manufacturing activities.

-Manage work order processes, including timely release, continuous monitoring, and timely closure.

-Respond to various unexpected situations and make the most reasonable adjustments to the production schedule.

-Provide strong leadership and oversight of daily department operations.

Requirement:

*Candidates additional with Electronics Manufacturing Services working experience who is able to communicate with MFG/Quality/Sales/Product Management department for better production efficiency & improvement, this is most important for company to host the manufacturing schedule to achieve shipping target and inventory control of finish goods. *

-Fluently in English

-Bachelor degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in manufacturing operations and supply chain management, with a preference for experience in global supply chain.

-Thorough knowledge of production planning, demand and supply, and inventory management.

-Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities.

-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts efficiently and effectively.
