Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior General Manager at Duttsen Group, located in Gangtok. The Senior General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth

Overseeing and managing the operations of different departments

Providing strategic guidance and support to team members

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing measures to improve efficiency

Identifying opportunities for business development and expansion

Managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Proven experience in a similar leadership role

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
