Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Pleasant Harbor Marina is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position:

Assists customers via phone, email and in person;

Provides information regarding reservations and associated fees;

Processes all mail;

Orders office supplies;

Completes work order requests, when necessary;

Performs other general office duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Ability to manage stress level in a fast-paced environment

Must be reliable and dependable

Excellent communication skills

Cash handling experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

Must have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment

Experience working with customer accounts preferredCompany Description
