Software Developer (WFH)

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement complex applications using the .NET framework and Microsoft technology stack.

Architect and design technology solutions that align with business objectives and project requirements.

Provide technical leadership in .NET development projects, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead the integration of front-end UI with server-side logic and functionality.

Develop architectural blueprints and standards, and guide the implementation process.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve application development and design.

Mentor junior developers and team members in both development and architectural best practices.

Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications.

Stay updated with emerging trends in .NET development and architectural design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in .NET development and software architecture.

Proficient in .NET languages (C#, ASP.NET, Webforms, MVC, Web API, .NET Core) and front-end technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and understanding of cloud architecture.

Strong knowledge of software architecture design principles and patterns.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
