As a Senior Executive in Human Resources within the hospital industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the human capital within our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to ensure alignment of HR strategies with organizational goals.

Must be in a position to handle end to end HR functions from Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Training & Development, Attendance Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Welfare, Employee Retention, Labour License, Statutory records handling, Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various positions within the hospital.

Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in healthcare, utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate their smooth integration into the organization.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all staff members.

Foster a positive work environment through proactive communication, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.

Address disciplinary issues in accordance with hospital policies and applicable laws, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Performance Management:

Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities.

Work with department heads to establish performance goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.

Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans and succession planning initiatives.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs across the organization and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

Collaborate with external training providers and educational institutions to offer relevant learning opportunities to staff members.

Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures throughout the organization.
