Role: Assistant Manager- Design & Development (BLDC Motor)

Key Result Areas:-

Should be SME of anyone (Electromagnet Design /Ansys Maxwell /Gear Design).

BLDC/PMSM/SRM Motor Design and Development knowledge.

Expert in Creo Software (2D/3D and Drawings) with Tolerance stack up & GD&T.

Should have knowledge of Performance & Validation Test.

Should have sound knowledge of Manufacturing method & material.

Basic software Knowledge of Motor control algorithm and topologies.

IATF Documentation: PFD, FMEA, APQP and control plan, SPC etc.

Functional competencies:-

Should be aware about Design and Development processes in automobile industry, especially in motor Design and should also be in depth knowledge of transmission Design and Development.

Personality traits:-

Team Player, Leadership skills, Communication, Honesty.
