Role Description

The Senior Architect with a design focus is responsible for leading the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of architectural projects. This role involves overseeing the creative process, ensuring designs meet client requirements, adhere to building codes and regulations, and are executed within budget and time constraints. The Senior Architect collaborates closely with clients, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.

Qualifications

Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

2-5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on design development and/or construction

Strong knowledge of design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience managing projects from concept through construction and experience coordinating with consultants and contractors

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience with local building codes and regulations

Experience mentoring and leading a team of junior design professionals
