We at Valasumani Farm Machines conducted a study of the existing crop threshers and identified the pain areas, machine output, non-reliable components, etc. We brought revolutionary changes in the design of thresher and devised our Multicrop Threshers with human safety, reliability, threshing efficiency, cleaning efficiency, high crop output as main objectives in our Valasumani High Capacity Multicrop Thresher.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager Sales and Marketing at VALASUMANI FARM MACHINES PRIVATE LIMITED. The General Manager Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales and marketing, including customer satisfaction, general management, sales, customer service, and team management. This role is located in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities

Handling PAN India Sales and Marketing.

Channel Partners development activity and coordinating Dealers for sales distribution.

Driving sale initiatives and achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment through business planning and forecasting.

Engage in key or targeted customer activities.

Responsible for securing new customers and maintaining and developing existing accounts.

Develop advertising campaigns that successfully attract target populations

Work closely with the Marketing team to provide any required support or collaterals.

Responsible for Achieving Sales Team Monthly Targets.

The job requires extensive travelling.

Qualifications

Experience in developing Marketing Team and profitable strategies and implementing vision

Achievements in appointing Dealers & Distributors

Experience in Driving Dealers & Distributors to achieve their goals

General Management and Team Management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record in sales and marketing

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Master's degree in related field

Experience in the farming or agricultural industry

Ability to drive car by self
