Line Coordinator

Job Description

The Line Coordinator: Has direct responsibility for control and proper operation of the FCM Mixer, Banbury, Kneading Mill, Pelletizing and Packaging Processes. In-direct control over the total production operation for the shift, as specified through the line work instructions, including quality inspection of raw materials and finished product.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)

Two years’ experience in manufacturing preferred. Having compound experience, a plus.

Ability to follow instructions with aptitude in working with mathematical numbers.

Ability to work independently and make decisions on all in-process quality inspections of product

Must be detailed oriented and organized

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications

Ability to understand mechanics of machinery and use of scales

Excellent critical thinking skills

Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the plant.

Must be able to promote and encourage teamwork.
