Job Summary:
Responsible for coordination, implementation & scheduling of planned, preventive, and predictive
Utility maintenance. (PM /BD). Ensure maintenance activities are carried in line with QMS, EHS
and standard requirements.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Monitor daily Preventive / Breakdown maintenance activities.
2. Take a lead role in all utility projects and capacity enhancement projects.
3. Hands on working experience in trouble shooting & Utility / facility related projects.
4. Coordination with vendors / service agencies to ensure AMCs are done as per requirement.
5. Coordinating with Production team on Utility improvement & development initiatives.
6. Coordinate with purchase / stores team for procurement and development of spares.
7. Keep a track of KPI’s through continuous monitoring (BTBF, MTTR & Availability),
8. Ensure team & vendors are follow all safety practices complying to the requirements.
9. Involve, lead & execute initiatives like 5S, QC Kaizen & developmental activities.
10. Plan & execute shutdown works on shifts / Holidays / Sundays.
11. Coordinate with Integrated management system (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001)
12. Organise, initiate & drive resource conserving projects (water & energy).
13. Training & awareness- Educate associates on skill development.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor’s degree / diploma in Electrical & electronics engineering
2. Minimum 8-10 years in utility maintenance & development field.
3. Knowledge of Utility equipment (DG, Chillers, Compressor, HVAC s/m and Facilities)
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience of using SAP
