Web Application Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in QA testing methodologies and a strong understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality of software applications.

Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Perform regression testing and ensure compatibility across different platforms and browsers.

Conduct performance testing and analyze system performance metrics.

Participate in all required calls to provide feedback on quality and usability.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge on BDD framework.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Familiar with performance testing tools

Familiar with automation concepts

Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
