Job Description
Looking for that uniquely qualified individual who has cultivated a variety of skills and can bring energy, creativity, and initiative into this newly created position to aid in reallocating the workloads of our management team members.
1) FC Bookkeeper: Assist the CFO with accounting, including:
Prepare & submit invoices to customers
Manage A/R aging, Job Billing Progress status and communications with customers
Review, reconcile, adjust, and prepare financial reports for internal use
Develop and maintain reporting for division costs and overhead
General office administrative duties, including communicating with staff, suppliers & customers
2) Project Coordinator: Assist Project and Shop Managers, including:
Creates, processes and tracks purchase orders to suppliers
Maintains records of orders and follows up on shipment & delivery
Coordinates & schedules materials delivery for each job in cooperation with production schedule
Requires driving company vehicle to transport parts/products to/from customers/suppliers.
Verify receipt of materials is complete to be released to production
Work closely with management to determine opportunities to maximize profit and minimize waste
Managing company inventory
Skills and Qualifications:
Analytical accounting skills, 5+ yrs experience, degree or certificate preferred
Desktop QuickBooks proficient
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Insurable driving record
Self-directed team-player
