Responsibilities Include

· Supervising the kitchen operations and running the shift;

· Supervising the activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers;

· demonstrating new techniques and equipment to the kitchen staff;

· Planning menus and ordering food and kitchen supplies;

· Following HACCP procedures;

· Understanding of cost control;

Skills & Qualifications

· A minimum of four years of progressive culinary management experience;

· Ability to motivate and foster a diverse workforce in culinary management;

· Computer Skills: Word, Excel and Cloud-Based Services;

· Understanding of substitute ingredients to accommodate different dietary restrictions.
