Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Deep Builders. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Knowledge of the local real estate market

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
