The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company and its services. This role will involve working across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, SEO, PPC, display advertising, and content marketing.

Content creation and management: Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms including social media posts, blogs, articles, videos, and email newsletters. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.

Social media management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic. Manage PPC campaigns including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to drive conversions.

Email marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Segment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement and deliverability.

Analytics and reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics. Identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

Website management: Work closely with the web development team to ensure the company website is optimized for user experience, conversion rate optimization, and lead generation. Update website content as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
