Education :BE/B.tech/ME/M.tech

Experience :6-10 Years

Job Requirements:

· Creation of Seating CAE Models [Row1, Row2, etc]

· Able to mesh the seat parts as per the relevant meshing standards using Hypermesh.

· Able to build seat models using proper connections methodology using Hypermesh, Primer.

· Able to debug seat CAE models in LsDyna.

· Able to build seat analysis decks for SBA, luggage retention, HRP, Front Crash, Rear Crash, etc

as per standard regulations like FMVSS & ECER in LsDyna.

· Able to build handle dummy and occupant related loadcases.

· Able to integrate dummy, restraints (airbag/seatbelt), seats into vehicle environment.

· Able to work using Include file structure.

· Able to run CAE full seat with occupant analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedback

conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.

· Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and

time constraints.

· Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage.

· Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure

due consideration is given in developing solutions.

· experience in automotive full vehicle occupant/restraints analysis like

dummies, airbags, seatbelts etc.

· Must have tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT

· Working knowledge of Teamcenter/3D Experience

· Excellent communications skills, ability to communicate at all levels

· PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc

Knowledge / Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Tools skillset- LSDYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT
