Nap Chief is a D2C Fashion Brand with the aim of becoming the World's Most most-loved kidswear Brand. We are the official licensee of Marvel, Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter, DC Comics, Tom & Jerry, Looney Tunes, Garfield & all of kids' favorite characters. If you are excited to build a Made in India Brand taking on the world, Nap Chief will be the right fit. You would be working closely with the founders and helping the Brand grow from 1- 10 Stages.

Responsibilities:

* Utilize strong composition, typography, and color theory skills to create visually impactful designs.

* Balance design elements to ensure clarity and readability in all materials.

* Selecting colours, images, text style, and layout, and ensuring that final designs are visually appealing and on-brand.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to grasp project specifications.

* Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table, continuously enhancing the visual appeal of our digital content.

* Develop visual elements including logos and illustrations.

* Adapt quickly to feedback and implement changes efficiently.

Qualifications:

* Proficient in design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

* Keen eye for detail, strong visual aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively to deliver unique and engaging designs.

* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality output.

* Strong communication skills

* Portfolio demonstrating skills in digital and print design.

* Previous experience in fashion or kids-related design is a plus.
