Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, proficiency in ReactJS, and extensive experience in healthcare IT. Knowledge of microservice architecture and workflow engine development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust software solutions for healthcare applications.

· Utilize .NET framework, C#, and related technologies to build high-quality software components and modules.

· Develop front-end components using ReactJS to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for healthcare professionals and patients.

· Design and implement microservice architecture to support distributed and scalable healthcare applications.

· Contribute to the development of workflow engines and automation solutions to optimize healthcare processes and improve efficiency.

· Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, plan development sprints, and prioritize features.

· Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the software applications.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development and healthcare IT.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies

· Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, and related tools

· Strong experience in front-end development using ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks.

· Deep understanding of healthcare IT standards, regulations, and interoperability protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)

· Experience with microservice architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)

· Knowledge of workflow engine development, BPMN, and business process automation is a plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
