At Randstad, you will assume a pivotal role within our GBS team as a Sourcing Manager specializing in the US market. You will leverage your extensive expertise to craft strategic sourcing plans, cultivate enduring client relationships, and lead a team of talented sourcers focused on the US market. This role requires a keen understanding of US recruitment regulations and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive talent pool.

Key responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development: Empower your team of sourcers to excel in the US market, fostering a culture of innovation and consistently exceeding client needs. You will coach and mentor your team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to streamline workflow and increase operating efficiency.

Strategic Sourcing Architect: Craft and execute transformative sourcing strategies that drive exceptional results, ensuring adherence to established metrics, goals, and performance levels for all team members within your assigned account portfolio.

Client Partnership Champion: Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for their complex talent needs in the US market. You will develop strong client relationships and partner to provide innovative solutions, ensuring assigned accounts meet diversity goals and compliance with EEO/OFCCP or other comparable regulatory processes.

Process Optimization Maestro: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle for US clients, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless experience. This includes monitoring assigned accounts to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and compiling data to produce presentable reports for SLA review.

Coaching Catalyst: Mentor and coach your team, igniting individual and team growth to achieve peak performance. You will assess/survey quality of work delivered by the team and collaborate with the Talent Manager to create action plans for individuals needing improvement to reach client satisfaction targets.
