SKILLS REQUIRED

Web content writing and SaaS writing skills.

Ability to understand and learn about SaaS products in depth

Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research.

Proofreading skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Grammar and vocabulary.

Experience in SEO and digital marketing would be beneficial.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Create engaging and high-quality SEO content for various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter) including blog articles, press releases, and website contents.

Create user instructions, walk throughs, case studies, tutorials, and video content explanations of SaaS products.

Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop original content.

Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and implementing SEO best practices.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor content performance using analytics tools and implement optimizations to improve engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns.

Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Act as a good team player and contribute innovative ideas.

Maintain a well-organized content calendar and meet the time frame.

Prepare brochures, eBooks, newsletters, and other digital marketing collateral.

Stay updated with news and trends in target industries,,content marketing strategies, and emerging technologies.

Manage and guide junior content writers as the team expands.

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in English language and literature, communication, journalism or related fields.

Experience as a creative writer, copywriter, or content writer for at least 2-5 years.

Knowledge of reporting suites such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO reporting tools will be considered an added advantage

Previous SaaS content writing.
