Job Summary: - The Head of Corporate Communication and Branding is a senior executive responsible for overseeing an organization's communication strategies and branding initiatives. They play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a company's reputation and enhancing its brand image.

Reports To: - Group CHRO

Key Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of the Head of Corporate Communication and Branding may include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to articulate the company's message internally and externally.

Creating and managing the brand identity and ensuring brand consistency across all channels and platforms.

Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing communication plans.

Managing all aspects of corporate public relations, including media relations, crisis communications, and public affairs.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, business partners, and the media.

Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations.

Building and leading a high-performing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring communication and branding professionals.

Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, human resources, and legal, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

Managing the company's social media presence and online reputation.

Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of communication and branding initiatives and making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements for this role typically include a bachelor's or master's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.

Candidates should have previous experience in a senior leadership role within communications, branding, or marketing.

Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Review the governance standards and operational protocols for the sign-off on all corporate communications to ensure that compliance is maintained, and brand guidelines are adhered to.

Qualifications & Key Requirements: -

Graduate and MBA with 15-20 years of experience in Corporate Communication with large corporates

Excellent communication skills

Highly research oriented and good with data management

Presentation skills – articulate clearly and capable of converting multiple data points into dashboards to aid decision making.

Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.

Trusted professional with the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders

Proven track record of providing strategic communications advice to senior leaders

Superior attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure

Strong writing skills and a demonstrated ability to develop influential materials for both internal and external audiences

Ability to work independently and problem solving capabilities
