Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in technology, staffing, and non-IT hiring processes. They will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to drive our company's success.

Responsibilities:

with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

interviews, assess candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers.

the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.

updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and talent acquisition best practices.

in the development and implementation of recruitment policies, procedures, and tools to streamline and optimize the hiring process.

recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a focus on technology, staffing, and non-IT hiring.

knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.

communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.

in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).

to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Education and Experience:

degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.

experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends.

communication and interpersonal skills.

ability to build strong relationships with Candidates.
