Job Title: Data Robustness & Reporting Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Semiconductor Data Robustness 1 reporting analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for several key tasks related to supplier onboarding onto our digital platform, semiconductor data collection and management, as well as data reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

suppliers onto the digital platform to enable data collection, preparing explanatory material and organizing ad-hoc sessions.

data request for relevant Tier 1 suppliers & chipmakers.

suppliers to ensure timely data request completion.

officialized component change requests.

suppliers on data request submission related issues.

digital tool issues to Database & IT Systems Team.

escalation process in case of suppliers' noncompliance.

data quality and cleansing procedures to detect/rectify data inconsistencies or inaccuracies (incl. Tier 1 and chipmaker data).

regular semiconductor chip reports to enable internal analyses.

data retrieved during supplier deep-dive sessions with database information.

data issues/inconsistencies to Data Collections Analysts to trigger supplier engagement.

enhancements to data validation mechanisms.

and manage the semiconductor database, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of data.

testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve issues and bugs in semiconductor database structure.

with the broader Stellantis IT team for semiconductor database and systems integration (e.g., forecasting, eBoM, etc.).

improve database, user interface and analytics systems to enhance usability and accessibility.

direct technical support to suppliers, offering technical assistance and support in cooperation with data collection team.

insights and ad-hoc reports (e.g., database fill-rate, usage by suppliers, statistics) to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation.

and maintain KPIs dashboards using analytics tools.
