Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Store Manager located in New Delhi. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management

Proficient in MS office

Fluent in English & Hindi

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales and performance data

Knowledge of inventory management

Customer-focused mindset

Ability to work well under pressure

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
