Data Scientist

Alkye Services is seeking a Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Mohali, India. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a talented AI Data Scientist to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Science products using cutting-edge machine learning techniques, including Generative AI, mathematical programming-based optimization, and large-scale simulation technologies.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, define requirements, and design bespoke solutions to achieve desired outcomes. This includes analyzing data related to productivity/sales growth, pricing/margin optimization, engineering and R&D support, demand/inventory planning, operational performance enhancement, quality management, procurement/supply chain optimization, trade, and inclusion/diversity initiatives.

Take ownership of AI Data Science projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and successful execution from inception to delivery.

Mentor and coach junior team members on data science tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Partner with the Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) department to streamline data pipelines, architect solution frameworks, and operationalize models.

We Believe You Bring (Education & Experience):

Demonstrated experience in algorithm design, machine learning, and/or optimization and simulation.

Proficiency in Python programming with hands-on experience in developing models using libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc. Additional experience with optimization, simulation, PySpark, and/or LangChain is a plus.

Familiarity with end-to-end AI data science/analytics solutions, including model architecture and productionization.

Preferred experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Requirements:

Python: Minimum of 2 years' experience in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, Numpy, and other relevant libraries.
