Job Summary: To implement and drive growth of Distribution Sales (through Channel partners) and Direct Sales of standard product division business in the assigned territory.
Location: Delhi
Responsibilities:
Account planning & execution using available CRM tools.
Manage enquiry pipeline, forecast, and generate new opportunities for Profitable growth.
Review channel partner’s performance on monthly basis.
Evaluate performance of existing Channel Partners & appoint new Channel Partners to Cover the white spaces
Develop, expand and sustain healthy and strategic relationship with Customers.
Product Demo / trials sessions for relevant stake holders
Understand customer requirement as per applications & arrange to submit the Techno commercial proposals accordingly.
Influence the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support and resources in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective client and evaluating their position in the industry.
Get information about competition initiatives and seek support from internal stake holders to counter competition.
Facilitate to resolve issues and improve Customer Satisfaction Experience.
To work cross functionally within IR in order to meet customer expectations.
Support in account receivables
KPI's
Achievement of Booking & Revenue ABP targets.
Generate weekly enquiries by joint visit to customers with channel partner
Increase in foot print expansion by adding new channel partners/customers and increase business from the existing customers.
Ensure sufficient opportunities in pipeline, reduced forecast deviation & increased win rate
Review the hit rate of channel partners against submitted quotes every month.
Month on month achievement of ABP target
Skills Required
Bachelor or preferably Master in Mechanical /Mechatronics Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage.
4-6 years relevant experience in the Industrial products/projects & Indirect Sales (Channel Sales)
Strong knowledge about the Customer spread in the territory.
Good interpersonal, relationship building, presentation & communication skill
Result oriented & self-driven.
Proficient in MS Office : MS-Word, MS excel, PPT
Integrity and Ownership mind-set
Willing to travel for around 50% of the time.
