Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Fashion Designer at designer label "Siddhartha Bansal" aka Hymn Clothing Pvt Ltd located in south Delhi, India. As an Assistant Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of new fashion products. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, creating design sketches, assisting with fabric sourcing and selection, and collaborating with the design team to bring new collections to life. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

Strong passion for fashion and up-to-date with the latest trends.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Excellent sketching, digital CADs and artistic abilities.

Understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes.

Good knowledge of hand embroideries and techniques.

Knowledge of fabrics, textures, and color theory.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Prior industrial experience in fashion design.
