Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about service and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Call center experience preferred
Must own a computer and headset with a microphone to be considered.
Must have 1 year minimum experience with Outbound calling either manually or from an auto dialer
A plus if you have experience with five9 and CRM'S such as Service Titan, HouseCall Pro or Sera.
