Field Service Technician

Job Description

Looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Tech which would be required to troubleshoot, repair, and report on equipment related to Banks such as Alarm systems, CCTV, Vaults, Locks, Network related equipment, etc. You will be required to maintain customer contact and relationships and customer service. Technician would be responsible for the following:

*Customer service- contacting customer with ETA

*Maintaining a Service vehicle

*Reporting Service and Maintenance Data

*Following, Maintaining and updating Technical information

*Developing and Understanding of all operating standards, procedures and practices

*Continuing technical education

We are looking for individuals that are team-players with electro-mechanical background.

Technician Requirements:

*Minimum 2 years Technical experience

*Computer knowledge

*Valid Drivers License with clean record

*Ability to work occasionally in the outside elements

*Physically able to lift heavy loads, climb ladders, stand for long periods of time, bend, and stoop while working on equipment.

*Able to pass random drug tests and background checks

*Must have communication with customers

*Must maintain Professional attire and communication skills

*Be able to handle stressful situations
