Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments for clients in a professional, courteous and efficient manner as well as routing calls to various departments within the firm.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls in a professional, courteous and efficient manner;
Routing client calls to various departments within the firm;
Scheduling appointments for firm clients; and
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center environment;
Excellent phone etiquette and ability to answer and handle heavy call volume;
Positive and professional demeanor;
Ability to build good rapport with clients;
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, responsibly and professionally;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
Spanish speaking is a plus.Company Description
