About the Job

Join us as a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist at Digital Champ, where innovation meets strategy in the digital realm. This role, operating Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, involves elevating our brand's presence and engaging with our audience on various social media platforms through creative and analytic approaches.

Responsibilities:

1. Audience Research: Delve into various audience personas to identify and understand the target demographic that our brand needs to engage.

2. Content Research: Investigate and gather content that resonates with our target audience, ensuring it appeals and connects effectively.

3. Designing Content: Craft engaging and visually appealing social media content such as posters, reels, stories, and more, aimed at capturing the audience’s attention and fostering interaction.

4. Collaborative Brainstorming: Work alongside team members to brainstorm and cultivate innovative ideas for campaigns and content, ensuring creativity and strategic insights align.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of proven experience in social media marketing, including managing accounts and creating engaging content.

- Experienced with Canva with creating Static & Video Content

- Skilled in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

- Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

- Exceptional communication and writing skills.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy decisions.

- Ability to work effectively independently.

Good-to-have

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
