National Wholesale Manager
Location: Delhi
CTC: 40 LPA
Experience: 10-15 Years
Main Tasks:
• Managing key accounts across the country or as specified by the brand
• Maximizing interaction with Owners and increase involvement with the brand
• Setting up sales target and keeping a regular track of sales
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
• Identify suitable products and manage forecast/supplies as per the geographic need
• Meeting sell in and Sell out targets
• Develop strategies for Improving throughput per store and ASP i.e. Profitability of the partners
• Managing, motivating and training the partners team to ensure maximum efficiency
• Occasionally visiting the retail point of sales to measure delivery against brands objective
• Identify specific marketing requirements
• Link between Retailer and the brand for any marketing/promotional need
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Help POS to increase walk ins / conversions for the brand
• Organizing Training sessions for the POS staff (product/VM etc.)
• Identifying retail growth opportunities i.e. retail expansion within and outside the partner’s network
• Maintain close coordination with the sales and marketing team
Profile:
• Total 12-15 years of work experience
• Experience in managing key accounts and partners
• Experience in managing chain retail stores
• Experience of working in close coordination with the sales and marketing team
• Have worked in different regions
• Business development skills
• Good understanding of the geography and regional festivals (regional sales peak and lows)
• Hands on with retail Marketing
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
