Junior Sales Associate (Apprenticeship)

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Sales Apprentice to join our dynamic team at Arista Networks (BLR, Mumbai, Delhi). The ideal candidate will be a recent MBA graduate (Marketing) from the classes of 2023 or 2024, with a passion for technology and a strong interest in marketing collaterals and campaigns. Candidates with a background in BE are preferred, but not required.

Job Description

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support the development and execution of marketing collaterals and campaigns.

Assist in identifying and targeting key markets and customer segments.

Conduct market research and analysis to uncover new opportunities and insights.

Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and materials for client meetings.

Assist in managing social media accounts and digital marketing efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

Recent MBA graduate in Marketing from the classes of 2023 or 2024.

Strong interest in technology and networking solutions.

Background in BE is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

The Apprentices would be offered 30k-40k stipend per month.
