We are seeking an experienced human resources business partner to join SG to support its R&D and digital manufacturing business. In this position, you will primarily act on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.

Human Resources Business Partner Duties and Responsibilities

• High on Ethics and Integrity

• Empathize, Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs

• Make proposals for promotions, transfers and new hires in collaboration with department leadership

• Identify training needs and work on employee development

• Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met

• Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring

• Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees

• Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR purview

• Conduct meetings to check in with each teams and employee 1:1

• Consult regularly with leadership and provide guidance when appropriate

• Analyze data trends and metrics to inform business decisions

• Able mediator and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary

• Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention

• Interpret human resources policy to company management

• Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check.

• Ensures smooth on/off boarding, transfer processes and Co-facilitates New Employee Orientation (NEO) program for new hires.

• Planning and conducting onboarding activities, induction, buddy management and support with local logistics arrangements

• Work closely with line management in Career Development Discussion, Succession Planning and Performance meetings

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management or related field

7 + Years of previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations a plus

Experience in human resources, professional development and training or Employee relations

Working knowledge of legal requirements related to employment, wages, Shops and Establishment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
