City Roofing is growing! Despite the pandemic, we are experiencing a high demand for our services and we need to hire an experienced salesperson ASAP to follow up on leads.

Your job is to take measurements, estimate the job and offer solutions to suit the needs of the homeowner. We have a structured sales system and are looking for someone who can follow a proven system for results. You must be able to climb a ladder to the roof, inspect attics, etc. Company vehicle and cell phone will be provided.

“PROFILE" OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a service-oriented individual who will "hit the ground running" and start making money immediately. Professionalism, follow up and follow through are the keys to success in our business – not a slick sales presentation. We will provide the finest sales training for the remodeling industry. Some evening appoints required.

ABOUT YOUR MANAGER

You will be working directly with the owner of the company, an established professional who is committed to your success. He is also responsible for your training. He is not a micro-manager; he expects that you work independently on your own but is always available to provide support or help close a sale when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers

Take measurements, estimate jobs

Reach agreed upon sales goals

Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Create estimate and provide sales materials

Educate customers on product options

QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of previous sales experience. Remodeling sales a plus

Ability to build rapport with clients

Meet Company Benchmarks and goals

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Verifiable References

Excellent computer skills-MS Office, database management, etc.

Able to pass a drug screening and background check

Valid Driver's License

Able to make sales calls early mornings, late afternoons, some evenings, and Saturdays

COMPENSATION

Expect to earn $75,000 - $125,000 depending your work ethic and ability to follow our selling system. Benefits include company vehicle, cell phone
