Overview:

The Digital Marketing role with a focus on Google Ads is a crucial position within our organization, responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions. The individual in this role will play a key part in optimizing Google Ads campaigns and conducting digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet set objectives and KPIs.

Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Create and manage engaging digital content across various platforms to attract and retain customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.

Optimize landing pages and website user experience for improved conversion rates.

Monitor and manage online reputation and brand presence through digital channels.

Implement A/B testing and other tactics to continuously improve campaign performance.

Manage budgets, allocate funds effectively, and ensure a positive ROI from digital marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in developing and managing Google Ads campaigns.

Demonstrable understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.

Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of online advertising principles and platforms.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications in Google Ads and other relevant digital marketing certifications.

Experience in managing social media and email marketing campaigns is a plus.
