Overview:

The Back Office Manager/Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the back office. They are responsible for overseeing various support services, managing staff, and executing administrative tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate back office staff to ensure operational excellence

Develop and implement efficient processes and policies

Oversee inventory management and procurement activities

Manage staff schedules and workload distribution

Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
