We are looking for a talented IT Security Portfolio Manager, with good IT (cloud, applications, Security) security knowledge, motivated by challenges and looking for developing his/her career in a dynamic organization. This is an exciting opportunity to drive both the strategic direction of the cyber capability, as well as get close to the technology and tools.

This role will drive the cyber security strategy as well as oversee security uplift services to the AXAHK business entity. AXA HK is an important region for the France headquartered insurance company. This role will provide services to the cyber defense team which is part Hong Kong Technology who ensures that the right tools, processes, and people are in place to ensure the cyber risk profile of the Hong Kong entity. This includes systems and services hosted locally, remotely and in the cloud.

This role would suit an individual who has technical expertise and knowledge as well as a strategic mindset and delivery experience including project management, milestone/resource/financial tracking. Project Manager is responsible for defining, organizing, and managing one or multiple projects to be delivered for AXA IT HK, either managing these initiatives individually - for smaller items, or overseeing their delivery by collaborating with other projects.

· Assess the cyber maturity of the entity, taking into account current practices, tooling and staffing, using this help develop the local entity cyber strategy, aligned with both local requirements and group strategy.

· Define, scope, initiate and manage cyber security projects ensuring successful and timely delivery within approved budget.

· Working with group security, AXAHK CSO and cyber defence ops to define, initiate and manage cyber security roadmap ensuring the environment successfully fulfilling the group security standard, strategy and risk appetite.

· Responsible for the timely identification, reporting and resolution of issues & risks, directing the work and resource planning.

· Supervises teams assigned to the project. Sets direction for the project and is accountable for the final outcome of the project.

· Facilitate project governance and compliance through established standards. Provide timely and regular status update to PMO and management.

· Manage and track vendor deliverables to ensure timely delivery with acceptable quality.

· Need to deliver duties during non-office hours and on holidays, when project demands.

· Strong “can do” attitude with a vision for security and technology transformation.

· At least 3 years of proven Project Management experience in the field of cyber security with around 5 years of hands-on technical project delivery experience

· Good understanding of IT Infrastructure topics, security tooling and processes.

· Significant experience in an international context (working with diverse teams and vendors)

· Strong interest for IT, security and willing to work on complex & challenging projects.

· University degree or post graduate degree level

· Good knowledge of Project Management principles

· Excellent track record for leading projects, managing actions plan, coordinating with multiple stakeholders etc.

· Experience in managing Project budgets (including staff, hardware and software costs) and providing monthly forecasting and reporting.

· Able to challenge stakeholders (clients, vendors, technical experts etc.) to optimize project activities and costs.

· Good understanding of technical dependencies between Infrastructure & Applications

· Experience in one of the fields below is a plus:

o Data centre infrastructure (Data center evolution projects)

o Workplace & Network (New AXA premises set-up projects)

o Integration with external services (e.g. authentications systems, security services etc.)

o IT Project managed with Agile methodology.
