Responsibilities:
• Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
• Should ensure to submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each of the requisition
• Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals
Must have:
Candidate must have good communication skill
Must have International calling experience
He/she must have a good attitude
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing the work environment
