Bait Technician - New Pay Increase

What a Bait Technician will do:

Tend to molding machines for continuous operation

Inspect production from assigned machines

Make routine adjustments

Maintain production records

Stage bulk bait for the bait packaging department

Maintain good housekeeping

Drive continuous improvement using Lean techniques

What you need to be a Bait Technician:

Good manual dexterity

Ability to inspect product using attributes for color, shape, and other criteria

Ability to stand for an entire eight-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodations

Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations #PureFishingHiringEvent
