ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in IT or relevant experience Information Technology Qualification
Alternatively, sufficient IT working experience incl. IT Service Desk, hardware configuration and technical support.
Fluent English-speaking, including Business reading and writing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems local and remote administration and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot potential solutions.
Data analytics and trend analysis
Presentation skills
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Technical back-end Application configuration knowledge beneficial to understand functionality of servers, databases, device patching, license management etc.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED
3+ years working experience in IT
IT Service Desk experience highly beneficial
