Farm and Rural Agent

Our client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market.

They operate a supportive culture and due to a high volume of work are seeking some additional help.

We are looking for an experienced Rural Agent to join the Farm and Land Agency department.

If you have a background in successful Rural Agency work and have a keen hunger and drive for business development then this could be a really exciting role for you.

You will need to be willing to travel across the Devon county.

There is scope to develop this role into a more Senior Leadership role within the company.

This role is a full time, permanent position with a salary depending on experience.

Based in either the Tiverton or Exeter office you will need to have access to your own vehicle.

The role: Raising the rural agency profile within the Devon patch Win instruction on Farms and land across the patch Undertaking viewings and negotiating with buyers and sellers Leading business development and networking Prepare and monitor financial business plans for the department, agreeing KPI’s and assist with forecasting Developing the existing the team The Successful Candidate The successful candidate must have; Extensive Farm and Land Agency experience Proven track record of business development in the field Ideally MRICS or FAAV Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strategic thought and keen to business develop Self motivated Driver’s license and access to a car This will suit an individual who is currently working in a similar role who wants to work with a rewarding and exciting business and take their career to the next level.
