About The Role

Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing healthcare technology? Mochi Health is seeking a talented and experienced Principal Frontend Engineer to drive our frontend architecture and development efforts. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping our technology stack, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across our platform.

What You’ll Do

Own the frontend architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals

Lead the design and development of complex frontend features and functionalities

Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions

Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices, incorporating them into our development process

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on building large-scale, complex applications

Proven track record of leading frontend development efforts, including architectural design and implementation

Expertise in frontend technologies such as Typescript, React, Redux, and CSS preprocessors.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
