Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, credit card charges and reconciliation.

Process and pay all invoices in a timely manner.

Assist in receiving and depositing all organizational revenue to the correct bank accounts.

Process agency billing. (PCA, CNOM, DHS, and NHP)

Update and maintain billing procedures.

Collect and update employees’ timesheets.

Assist with tracking of office inventory.

Assist the Finance Director with preparation for the year-end audit.

Enroll eligible employees in Health Insurance, Dental and Life Insurance benefits.

Perform non-routine tasks requiring strong judgement and initiative.

Other duties as assigned.Requirements:

Education/Qualifications:

Degree in accounting, finance or related field is preferred.

2-3 years’ experience in accounting functions such as accounts payable/receivable or cash management.

Experience working with grants and understanding of federal and state award requirements a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented

Ability to work in multi-project environment and adhere to deadlines.

Strong communication skills

Proficiency using MS-365/Microsoft Excel, Word, QuickBooks, Zoom

Detail oriented as exhibited by past work experiences.

Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
