Role Purpose

This role is responsible for the testing, deployment and maintenance of applications that make up the SmartHub offering.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...

Responsible for the testing, deployment and maintenance of SmartHub solutions.

Deliver & maintain toolsets for 1st and 2nd level support teams to perform their roles.

Implement & support proactive alerting measures.

Provide 1st line support for vendor solutions.

Liaise with internal teams, vendors and clients to swiftly address issues as they arise.

Work with internal teams and vendors to address requirements relating to supporting solutions.

Provide regular feedback on project progress.

Documenting of solutions.

To be successful in this role you will have…

Ideally have a BSc Computer Science, BComm Information Systems or similar qualification

MS SQL experience

Application & Client support experience

Understanding of Financial Markets

Understanding of FIX Protocol

Beneficial if previous exposure to:

Python scripting & application deployment

HTML

XML

Web services

Strong communication and documentation skills

Strong customer service ethics and sense of urgency

Ability to perform well in a team environment
