Premier Nissan of San Jose is currently seeking an Automotive Quick Service Technician!

RESPONSIBILITIES for Automotive Quick Lube Technician

Performs Quick Service LOF, Tire rotations, Tire replacement and routine inspections/maintenance.

Perform Multi Point Vehicle inspections.

Works as a team along with the Service Advisors communicating clients' vehicle needs.

Attends manufacturer specific training classes online and web-based learning.

Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS for Automotive Quick Lube Technician

High school and/or trade school education required.

At least one year of relevant experience preferred.

Nissan certifications preferred but not necessary.

Must have basic computer skills necessary to use factory software.

Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background DMV and Drug)

Must have a valid driver's license.

Automotive Quick Lube Technician Requirements...

Minimum 1 year of shop experience preferred.

Nissan experience a plus

Proficient time management and organizational skills

Exemplary communication and customer service skills

Motivated, self-starter with a superior work ethic

Pass background screening, pre-placement drug screening and must have an acceptable MVR.

Pay Incentives

The Automotive Quick Service Technician has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $16.00 to $19.00. The position may also pay a bonus compensation which is based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 to (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 to if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
