Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

What Our Technicians Do
Examine customer vehicles.
Identify necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs.
Estimate cost of repairs.
Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.
Investigate reports of vehicle issues.
Documents services performed.
Allocate, order, and receive parts for repairs
Report Vehicle Status in weekly meeting-sessions with management.
Follows dealership and manufacturer service guidelines.
Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work area.
Participates in required training (manufacturer fundamental training and/or training provided by Checkered Flag).
Meets and/or exceeds manufacturer requirements for ASE tests.
Your Pre-Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3-4 years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations
ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred
State Inspector’s License preferred
